The Chandler Beach

Few people know this, but Chandler has ocean side property. Yeah, we have Tempe and Phoenix as part of our border. But, just a bit to the southwest is the beach. A tiny sliver of the Gulf of California comes this far north. We don't like to advertise it, because we like our beach without tourists. Look on a map and you'll see Indian Reservation, but don't be fooled. Look on Google Earth and you'll see lots of sand. It's photoshopped. Yes, there's sand and yes it looks like the desert, but it's the ocean.
Honest, why would I be trying to fool you today?

Well... you didn't really fool me, I was just thinking maybe they meant a large manmade lake... ;-) hence the wow!

Poisson d'avril in France, "April, April" in Germany... I've known the tradition ever since I was a kid (and that's a long time ago!), my parents before me and my grandparents before them... ;-)
