In downtown Gilbert, just behind the water tower is this orb. It spins slowly from the water underneath. Water also falls from the white arm above. I shot a close up of the ball yesterday.

There is one that looks like Earth at the Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha Nebraska. It stands about 6 ft. but doesn't have the arm, just the water spinning it slowly from under.
